Time for another Tropical Tuesday Tuesday! Today we are talking about the Bonsai Tree! This has been a popular plant for many years and I though it was time to bring them into the shop!

Light: This plant likes bright, indirect sunlight! They also do well outdoors!

Water: The Bonsai Tree loves humidity! Mist your plant a couple times a week. Water thoroughly and let the soil almost dry out before watering again.

Temperatures: These plants do well with temps between 15-75 degrees. They do not like drafts,

Fertilizer: Feed your tree every month in the spring and summer. Do not fertilize in the winter.

Repotting: Bonsai Trees only need to be repotted once every 2 years. You can either remove 25% of the roots and put it back in the pot or plant it in a larger pot.

Pruning: You can use sharp shears to prune and shape your tree as it grows.

Toxicity: This plant is not toxic to humans or pets.
