Victory Voice Gift Shop hand makes AMAZING, natural, soy candles and wax melts! Seriously y’all, these smell so good! We are so excited to have her in our little shop here in Downtown Denison. We asked owner, Tabi Klopfenstein, a couple questions regarding her business, and these were here responses.

What inspired you to start your business? - Our son, Victory, was diagnosed with mid functioning Autism at the age of 3 years old. Certain daily tasks were a struggle, one of the most difficult one's was baths he was terrified of the water. One year he received hand made bath bombs from a friend no longer was he terrified we saw him enjoying all the wonderful colors and bubbles, unfortunately store bought bath bombs contained so many chemicals and unknown ingredients. We then began to create or own natural bath, beauty and candles products. Thus Victory's Voice- Gift Shop was created by finding answers and finding our sweet son Victory's Voice through autism.

How long have you been in business? - We've been working and making bath and beauty products for family, friends and personal use for 2 years now and decided to take a big leap of faith and opened our own business 5 months ago.

What makes your business unique? - We are a faith based business and believe that that no one should miss the Grace of God. This is why we have created our candles with a mission and all proceeds from these candles are donated to missionary families in Southeast Asia. They seek to bring Hope to underdeveloped areas, so that communities might flourish in every way—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Do you have any advice for entrepreneurs who want to start a business? - Being so new to this I honestly don't know the answer. However, the things that have kept me afloat are surrounding myself with wise friends, supportive family members, taking advice from local vendors and taking all criticism as productive advice.
